Brief business description

Phil Hertzler launched Top Dead Center Design in Fall of 2003 with the goal of providing smart and affordable solutions to Richmond's small and medium sized businesses. Phil graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University's Communication Arts and Design program. He brings over 5 years of experience in web design through his work at some of Richmond's high-end design shops as well as many freelance clients. He is active with the Richmond Chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Arts as an advisor on the chapter's new media efforts.
