This was my first time at this restaurant or any other Chopstix restaurant. I was there with three other friends who also had never been there before. On a positive note, the wait staff was very pleasant and friendly. But, overall, it was a very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience. Service was disorganized and inefficient - almost as if the restaurant opened yesterday and no one was sure what they were doing! We waited a very long time to finally get the meal. It was not worth the wait. The house salad with ginger dressing was satisfactory. The filet mignon was, at best, OK. But, the miso salmon was over-cooked and dry. The teriyaki chicken was also over-cooked and really tough. The chicken in the hibachi chicken & scallops was very tough. But, in fairness, the scallops were excellent. One of my friends said she might give this restaurant a second chance, but just order something completely different. Normally I will do the same when the first experience is bad. But, this is an exception. I will not be returning to this restaurant. There are so many other Asian restaurants where service and food quality are outstanding.
