I decided to try LongHorn when Outback ran out of their Prime Rib. I ordered Ribeye from LongHorn because they had also ran out of Prime Rib apparently. The steak was burnt and i ordered rare. They left out my salad that I was supposed to get with my meal. No bread either. I didnt enjoy the french onion soup at all it was horrible - really oily and bad tasting. The shrimp scampi was not your typical scampi it was covered in a thick garlic sauce very strong garlic and I usually like garlic. The mashed potatoes were good though! I honestly think Outback is much better. The prime rib there is huge always tender and PERFECT. I will try Longhorn again in the future when they have prime rib again but for the most part I will be going to Outback every week.
